I love the ease of flip-flops. You can dress them up (within limits, of course) or way down. My three favorites are the Fit Flop, Havaianas and Tory Burch’s flip-flop.

Fit Flops have a thick sole and generous strap that keep your feet securely in place. There is arch support and it is an instability shoe that help to tone your legs and butt, so it’s great for daily wear. I like the bronze pair below. They would look cute with denim shorts or a summer dress.

Havaianas are the ultimate beach shoe. Casual and chic, this slim strapped pair are delicate enough to wear out in the evening too with a sleek jersey dress.

Tory Burch’s flip flop has her trademark logo. They are a great wear-to-work shoe for summer. Switch into heels when you get to your office but don’t compromise on style for your commute.

Think in black & white this summer with bold prints and stripes. Black & white is always a classic, but this season it’s definitely hot! From shorts to shoes, we’re spotting this trend all over the place. This color combo is one of my absolute favorites because it’s so chic and sophisticated and almost impossible to get wrong. Sorry, Zac.  But when it comes to good looks and dependability, this bag wins us over any day.  With sleek glazed leather and embossed resin studs, Tory Burch’s Efram Hobo is at the top of our wishlists this fall.  Plus, it’s more likely that we’ll get this bag than get you.  We can picture tossing in our blackberries, Tom Ford sunglasses, keys, and wallets without giving a second thought as to whether or not the bag can keep up with our busy lifestyle or leave us for some young starlet.
